How long does the initial appointment take?

Your initial consultation will take at least an hour. This first appointment is a discovery session where a property investment strategist will obtain as much information as we can that will allow us to put together a comprehensive strategy for you. There is no cost for this initial consultation and there is no obligation.

How does purchasing an investment property affect my tax position?

We use a team of network partners that are the best at what they do. We rely on accountants that we will refer you to who specialise in property so that you can get a full understanding of all of the tax implications and benefits.

What are my obligations if I do want to proceed?

We offer you the benefit of our services with no fees and no strings attached. This means that our consultations are free and you are never under any obligation to proceed.

What is the benefit of choosing One Tree Property as opposed to one of your competitors?

We get discounts for dealing in bulk, which means that we can pass on the savings to you. Ultimately, this means that in most cases you will pay less than what you would if you approach the builders or developers directly.

Does One Tree Property take commissions from their network partners?

Simply put, no. We believe that you will obtain the greatest benefit from professional advice that is truly independent and this advice cannot be independent if we receive a commission. Therefore, we do not take commissions from our network partners. We choose our network partners carefully as we expect them to under promise and over deliver, which they consistently do.
