Our Client for Life program involves the following:
- Using tax-deductible debt to own assets such as property and other long-term income producing assets;
- A focus on positive cash flow property to create a passive income stream;
- For investment properties, we always look to borrow as much money as we can, which is utilizing the power of leverage, and also achieving the greatest tax deductibility;
- We aim to get rid of non-tax deductible debt, such as car loans, home loans, credit cards, boat loans, et cetera, as quickly as possible;
- We aim to use as much tax-deductible debt as we can as these are used to purchase income producing assets, such as positive cash flow property, that we use to create passive income;
- Our system is aimed at working smarter, not harder. This means recouping as many of your tax dollars as we can, with the aim to recycle your tax dollars into your property portfolio; and
- Real wealth is created by passive cash flow as well as creating equity over time. Our system aims at maximising both.
