Our first step in developing an overall strategy for you is to meet with you for a free consultation. We are mobile and can come to you at a time that is convenient as we cover both evenings and weekends. At the initial consultation, we take a look at your current financial position and speak with you about your goals and where you see yourself both in the short and long-term.

Once we have obtained the necessary information, we then develop a strategy for you. The strategy covers both a short-term plan for an immediate purchase of an investment property, if suitable, and also a long-term outlook to determine exactly how your next investment fits into the overall picture. We then present you with a plan that will cover all the particulars and precisely what the property investment involves. We will present several options that fit the strategy and provide you with all of the material that was used in selecting these options, including all of the independent research on the areas selected and a comprehensive property investment analysis.

We also include a long-term strategy report so you can visualise your future success and allow you to make an informed decision. We will run you through all the numbers and carefully explain everything in a simple and easy to understand format. There is no pressure, no cost to you and no obligation to proceed.

When you decide to move forward, we will implement the strategy for you.
